Quinta música do drop e último Nerd Hits de One Piece, Rap do Crocodile foi lançado hoje (18/12), Carregando uma alta expectativa devido a prévia divulgada pelo 7 antes do início do drop, e sabemos que não falta história para contar sobre o Crocodile, dito isso, a música cumpriu e na nossa visão superou as já grandes expectativas a esse som. Bora pra música!
Vocal, composição e letra – Gabriel Rodrigues e Lucas A.R.T
Toda a composição inicial da música é climatizada por uma sensação crescente de “tensão”, bem parecida com uma música antiga e viral do 7 Minutoz, Rap do Meliodas. E um fator contribuinte a isso é a forma que o Gabriel canta, mantendo bastante neutralidade na voz, enquanto o beat entra em um grave crescente, causando assim uma sensação de tensão. Isso se mantém até o refrão, onde o Gabriel em sintonia com o instrumental, explode, fazendo isso, o refrão se tornou uma parte viciante dessa música. O Refrão é o famoso “chiclete” e isso é um mérito da voz + composição da dupla do 7. Esse pedaço da música conta com um canto levemente agudo e com pontuais da segunda voz mais graves. Um bom reflexo ao bem posturado e psicótico chefe de máfia Crocodile que pode eventualmente ser extremamente cruel. No verso 2 e 3, a tônica é semelhante porém com maior variação entre agudo e grave.

Como dito anteriormente, o início da música nos dá uma forte sensação de tensão. E o principal motivo para tal sensação, é o instrumental. Com instrumentos muito bem usados e sons pontuais, o 7 conseguiu gerar uma tensão crescente e palpável ao caminhar do primeiro verso. Uma subida gradual e muitíssimo bem pensada até o ápice no refrão, onde ocorre uma natural explosão no instrumental. E é neste momento que o Peu novamente brilha, porque a sintonia entre o vocal do Gabriel com o instrumental beira o simbiótico e isso tem muito haver com o excelente trabalho de “recorte” do Peu, que soube encaixar toda essa sequência e as sequências posteriores. O beat no decorrer da música, até mantém um pouco da tensão mas o instrumental em sua maioria ganha aspectos épicos, característica essa que se mantém até o fim da música, ou seja, mais um trabalho incrível do imprescindível ao 7.
